Nantes Pendant Lights - Cream

Whilst on a family motoring holiday around western France, we stopped off at a charming chambres d'hôtes just outside Nantes. I was taken by the rustic antique glass pendant lamps that hung from beams in our bedrooms. I mentioned this to the owner who told me the originals dating back to the 1920's were very hard to come by. When we left hidden in the basket of bread and fruit she gave us for our journey, wrapped in newspaper, was one of the shades I had so admired.
